This project will be a much needed face lift to the campus and will improve energy efficiency, longetivity of the facilities and provide the residents with a safer home setting.
Georgia Sheriffs’ Youth Homes and Georgia District of Key Club International have partnered together for over 30 years with Key Clubs around the state raising over $1 million during the past 30 plus years.
- New Furniture for bedroom, living rooms and dining areas. (3 cottages)
- Replace liner and install safety cover on pool.
- Remodel Director’s house.
- Clean and seal existing asphalt. Install new asphalt as specified.
- Replace Chapel doors and repair outside as needed.
- Replace roof on Chapel.
- Install new floor surface in gym court area.
- Install foam insulation in attics of 3 cottages and the office.
- Replace vinyl siding and soffits with Hardy siding. (3 cottages, 2 well houses, and office)
- Pressure wash any areas as needed.
- Remodel/upgrade porch and interior of Herrington Farm House.
