The Internal Revenue Service has classified the Georgia Sheriffs’ Youth Homes as a 501(c)(3) public charity.  It is not a private foundation; therefore, gifts to the Youth Homes qualify for the highest tax deductibility allowed by law.

Our federal tax identification number is 58-1310087, and we are included in the IRS Cumulative List of Exempt Organizations.

The Youth Homes offer several different avenues for charitable giving including but not limited to:  monetary gifts, non-cash gifts, gifts of stock, gifts of property, and planned giving.
